This 90-hour course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the essential principles necessary to work in the care and education of children in their early years. From professional ethics to program management, students will explore in depth the key concepts that will enable them to create safe, stimulating and nurturing environments for the holistic development of children. This 90-hour training program is designed to accommodate the busy schedules of working professionals, typically held during evenings or weekends to provide participants with the flexibility they need to complete the course.
This training will meet CCDBG and annual and ongoing training requirements for licensed child care providers and employees of license-exempt child care providers participating in the Child Care Payment Assistance/Certificate Program.
