During this webinar, the participants will identify the key concepts of creating a quality customer experience. Additionally, we will discuss effective communication, active listening and trust, and we will explore how these elements contribute to the goal of creating quality customer experiences and interactions with current and prospective families.
This training will meet CCDBG and annual and ongoing training requirements for licensed child care providers and employees of license-exempt child care providers participating in the Child Care Payment Assistance/Certificate Program.
