This training focuses on the director’s role in the classroom and the importance of maintaining a visible and active presence. Participants will strengthen their ability to lead classroom practices that promote safety, support human development, and maintain compliance and risk management, as well as supporting how the director’s classroom leadership ensures alignment with curriculum standards, DAP, and assessment requirements.
This training will meet CCDBG and annual and ongoing training requirements for licensed child care providers and employees of license-exempt child care providers participating in the Child Care Payment Assistance/Certificate Program.
