This webinar will explore the developmental appropriateness of biting, reasons why children bite, what signs to look for and ways in which teachers can deal with the biting. Participants will receive techniques to help deal with the biting and ways in which to redirect children. Participants will reflect on ways in which to partner with families to help the child through the biting challenges.
This training will meet CCDBG and annual and ongoing training requirements for licensed child care providers and employees of license-exempt child care providers participating in the Child Care Payment Assistance/Certificate Program.
