In the early care industry, many instructors of adults evolve from program leadership positions. Often, these individuals have little to no formal education in how adults learn. This course is designed to provide a foundation in adult learning theories and strategies that will help instructors and coaches of adult learners grow to their full potential. Also, this training is available in Spanish.
This training will meet CCDBG and annual and ongoing training requirements for licensed child care providers and employees of license-exempt child care providers participating in the Child Care Payment Assistance/Certificate Program.
