In this course, readers will learn about the components of social and emotional wellness in adults, as well as the importance of focusing on it. This course will teach the learner how to build social and emotional wellness in themselves and others, as well as how to recognize some signs that a person is struggling with their social and emotional well-being. Finally, this course will examine two of the most common challenges to a person’s social and emotional health: anxiety and depression. This course will examine some common causes, warning signs, and treatment options for these conditions.
